The sixth tournament of the 2010 league clubs and golf on Mondays Iron 0 was held on Wednesday 21 July in the area of the Fresnillo, located in the Naturávila complex on the outskirts of the city of Ávila with good participation, twenty-six players, with one woman and four supporters who joined us on the fly. Distributed in seven games, jumped into the field and shot at 10 hours to make the journey in five hours, with a temperature quite pleasant, despite the time of year when we met, and the presence of clouds in much of the day. The golf course, with par 73 and a length of 6208 meters from yellow bars, was in good condition, although in the streets of some holes in some bunkers and water was accidental. The route is fairly flat, with numerous trees and bushes and streams that cross it. The streets bordering raff was quite high and thick, which meant an additional challenge to add to their own design layout, and water front and side. The field is Land since 1998. In the first category (up to 20 handicap) was won by José Andrés García Viú with 36 points, followed by Sunday Cabañas Zorita, 34. While he won the second category (from 20.1 handicap on), Jesus Bonilla de la Rosa, with 38 points, with second, M ª Teresa Gil Nieves River with 36 points. They went down the handicap only three of the participants, keeping eight players and incrementing another fifteen. The adjustment stableford competition (ASC) was +1. After the tournament, enjoyed a fellowship meal in the restaurant of the clubhouse (beautifully designed) with a great value for money, which was of great satisfaction to the audience. After the meal, we proceeded to the presentation of prizes to the winner of each category (consisting of a local polo club), and to draw two boxes of balls between the participants. As we have done with previous tournaments, tournament results accumulated from the previous ranking for the preparation of which will designate the team that will represent the Club in the Federation tournament in Madrid (Independent) scheduled for the end of September. After this tournament, opens a summer break, which we hope will be of enjoyment for members and supporters site for the month of September when the next tournament will be called the 2010 playoffs.
