Iron Club Cover

Following the folder on the golf equipment. You will find in this article all you need to know about golf clubs: focus on iron. Irons are used to make shorter strokes with the wood and especially for making approaches to the green. Irons are the clubs that offer the greatest range of possibilities in terms of game the golfer since with the same club you can make several types of strokes (lobed, rounded, pitched ,..). The irons are numbered 1 to 9, the smallest number for the iron to browse the more distance while the largest number it offers shorter strokes which is due to its very open loft. There are some smaller chains that are called wedges. The series typically range from 3 iron to pitching wedge. The 2 iron is also used as an iron but mostly by professionals. The irons are classified into long, medium and short. Iron to a 4 iron (with loft very closed) we speak of "long irons, iron 5 iron 7 from mid-iron" or "medium" and the 8 iron to pitching wedge, a "short irons" . The long irons and means are used for tee shots on short holes or on the fairway to cover a maximum distance. There are two types of forms for the irons and cavity back irons and blades (or blade). Both names come from their physical appearance. The former have the back of the club face a small cavity, whereas the latter have a forged steel head so full and very hard. The cavity irons were introduced by the brand Ping thought to remove part of steel at the rear of the club to place lower, which has the effect of having a better tolerance and above all a center of gravity Lowest allowing the ball to climb higher in flight. The irons are manufactured in two ways: forged or molded. The cast iron production by placing a piece of molten steel in a mold while that of wrought iron is to heat a piece of steel and then shape it by hitting it until you get the design you want. The most common lofts for irons range from 16-48 degrees and over time the lofts have decreased. So today, the loft of an iron is more closed than before. For example, a pitching-wedge has the loft of an old 8 iron. The shaft irons is between 90 and 100cm and most often it is made of steel that today we see the advent of graphite shafts.
