EZ GO is the world leader in golf carts and other vehicles for individuals. They created a new technology by adapting the tools used in a passenger car golf car (ABS, differential with pre-load ..). They also created a system of brake that generates electricity, which reduces the size of the battery and an automatic brake system that prevents the car from rolling on its own if you forget to put the brake hand ( handy if you want my opinion .. we should put this kind of brake on the RAV 4). We had an appointment and had to leave a 13h a 17h. We were received like royalty. From our arrival we were given customized catalogs dedicated to our work with the company. It has also received pens that sílluminent when used. The program was well tied and was followed throughout the day without seeds. After a technical presentation of their innovation and the limits of their patent, we were guided on a tour of the place of production. There, I was very surprised. The plant is very modern and gives an impression of cleanliness and comfort. Golf cars are mounted in the chain. The work is divided into short patches of 2 min. When the car arrives at a workshop, the workers can see what car it is on a screen (flat of course) and install the appropriate room. The screen also serves to show how much time they have left to finish their task. At the end of this visit we had the opportunity to test different golf car market and could see the superiority of the new model (RXV if you want to buy it). We left a 17 battery happy with what we had seen, although it would prefer to have details of our mission (we meet the person who created the technology rather than our sponsor).
